Human resource development
We believe that one of the key factors of successful organizations is quality human resources. Our office has prepared and implemented numerous human development and employment programs in recent years, and we have a solid knowledge base in these areas. We prioritize the spread of flexible employment, which is still in its infancy in our country, as it can give companies a significant competitive advantage, in addition to increasing employee satisfaction. We support the creation and operation of regional employment cooperation (pacts) with leading expert knowledge.

As an adult training institution, we offer further training in several fields to businesses, public sector workers, and civil society workers. The training areas cover European Union and regional development knowledge, communication and management training, and practical skills that can be used from project management to public procurement. We provide help in the framework of coaching, training and workshops to improve communication within the organisation and manage conflicts.
